Terms & Conditions

PokerPoints accumulated for purposes of this promotion are taken from Midnight on the 1st of each month until Midnight at the end of that month. PokerPoints cannot be carried over to further months and no compensation will be made for excess points.
Payment is made directly into your player account no later than the 5th of the following month.
Midnights Poker Club reserves the right to modify, alter or discontinue this promotion, at any stage, for any reason, without notice. However it will make reasonable effort to notify participating players at its earliest convenience.
This promotion is intended to reward existing real money players, and is used as a promotion for new real money players. Midnights Poker Club reserves the right to revoke the entitlements of this promotion to any players or group at their sole discretion.
In case of any disputes the decision of Midnights Poker Club is final.
